Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: January 2026

1. Our commitment

FairLedger Ltd is committed to making its website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. We design, build and test with accessibility as a first-class concern, not an afterthought.

2. Conformance status

This website is designed to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means the site meets the majority of AA success criteria, and we work to remediate any gaps we find. Areas we specifically address:

  • Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
  • Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Semantic HTML structure so assistive technologies can navigate the page.
  • Descriptive link text and alt text for meaningful images.
  • Form fields with associated labels, error messages that are announced, and no reliance on colour alone to convey meaning.
  • Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference; motion is used sparingly and never as the only means of conveying information.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow at 320 CSS pixels and support 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality.

3. Known limitations

Third-party embeds (such as the scheduling widget on the discovery-call page) are provided by external suppliers and are outside our direct control. We select suppliers with a public commitment to accessibility and monitor the accessibility of their embeds as part of our supplier review.

4. Reporting an issue

If you find an accessibility barrier on this site, or you need content in an alternative format, please tell us via the Contact page and mark your message "Accessibility". We aim to respond within five working days and to resolve substantive barriers within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
